International tours and local workshops and classes

I have been lucky in my life. I've been able to travel internationally and spend my career working in the wonderful field of photography. In the past decade I've also been lucky to be able to share the skills I've picked up over the years. Someone once told me that we only learn to do something when we teach it. That has definitely been the case with me.

Digital Photo Basics

This is a basic course for people who want to learn how to use digital photography technologies. Course topics include understanding how cameras work, selecting camera settings, getting the best possible image quality, downloading images from the camera to the computer, organizing photos on the computer, and examining the various possibilities for presenting images to friends and family.

Class size is limited, so register early: 4 minimum, 6 maximum.

Language Classes

This is an on-demand course for people who want to focus on specific problems, or want to become familiar with a specific camera. We can arrange times based on mutually convenient time. We work one-on-one in these sessions, and we can be very flexible with the content of the courses. The cost for these classes is $75 per hour, and it is a very efficient way to come up to speed on equipment and techniques.
